The heavily endowed socialite went on Instagram last week to claim she had undergone surgery due to health risks, advising women to love themselves and be comfortable in their bodies.
The mother of one narrated how she almost died while undergoing the procedure, claiming it was o bad that she couldn’t celebrate her 33rd birthday last month.
Vera’s story saw many sympathising with her and others even cancelling their surgery appointments.
Diana, who has mastered the art of clout chasing together with her husband Bahati, praised Vera’s tactics, promoting her music.
