A director of One health limited laboratory in Hurligham within Nairobi was arraigned in Milimani Law Courts on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 where she was charged with employing an unqualified medical practitioner in her health institution as a nurse contrary to the Law.
Michelle Muhanda Imbodio was arrested on April 26, 2022.
She is accused of employing Job Oenga Boundi as a medical laboratory technologist in One Health Limited.
It is believed that Miss Imbodio had reasons to believe that Mr. Boundi was unqualified to administer drugs as a nurse hence endangering lives of Kenyans.
Appearing before Magistrate Micheni Wendy, she denied the charges and was released on a bond of Ksh 100,000 with an alternative cash bail of Ksh 30,000.
