On Madaraka Day, June 1, 2023, Michael Njiiri, also known as Dj Brownskin, was arrested for allegedly being a suspect in the untimely death of his wife.
DCI sleuths apprehended him from a popular club in Kasarani.
The DJ is being investigated for the crime in connection with Sharin Njeri’s death in July of last year.
Brownskin is currently being held at the Kasarani police station, where he will remain for seven days to allow investigations to be completed.
He is under investigation in connection with the death of his wife, Sharon Njeri who is believed to have died on the night of July 29,2022.
The detectives say Njiiri failed to prevent the commission of suicide which is a crime under our laws.
The case will be heard on June 9,2023
