A Doctor from a Hospital located in Kenyatta Market was today arraigned in Court and charged with threatening to kill.
Doctor Duncan Chengo, from Ability Therapy Place Limited at Kenyatta Market was arraigned in a Nairobi Court for threatening to kill contractor John Maina Wangeci on March 18, 2023.
Brief facts of the case are that John Maina had allegedly been contracted by Doctor Duncan Chengo to renovate his hospital.
After finishing his work, he opted to go back to the hospital to collect his money.
However, Doctor Duncan allegedly turned violent and started threatening to shoot the contractor forcing him to seek assistance from Capitol Hill Police Station.
Appearing before Magistrate Gilbert Shikwe at Milimani Law Courts, the accused Doctor denied the charges and was released on Ksh 100,000 bond with an alternative cash bail of Ksh 50,000.
