The East African Business Council has threatened the Kenyan government with legal action.
EABC plans to move the East African Court of Justice, regarding the prohibition on Ugandan milk entering the Kenyan market.
Speaking to NTV in Arusha, Tanzania, the East African Business Council’s Chief Executive Officer, John Bosco Kaliisa, revealed that blocking milk from Uganda to Kenya is a clear violation of the East African Common Market Protocol.
