Properties worth billions of shilling behind the Panari Hotel will be demolished after their title deeds were canceled. The land on which the properties is erected was repossessed by EACC after a successful Court process. It is estimated to be worth Sh.5billion.
It was illegally allocated by Wilson Gachanja to himself and companies belonging to proxies of top politicians in Kenya.
A statement issued by EACC spokesperson Phillip Gaguchia quoted the ruling delivered by Justice Elijah Obaga
