Jacob Obunga well known as Otile has asked his fellow celebrities to stop looking down on other people .he started off by shunning away the narrative that there is a way celebrities should treat and handle people beneath them.
“Sometime people will work with you not because you the best of the best but because you are reliable, you deliver on time, straight forward, listener, polite, respectful. Being a star doesn’t mean addressing people with arrogance and pride and wasting people’s time making them wait for you in a meeting not receiving calls from your closest friends and families.
It is also not bragging about how much connections you have that allow you to break rules or because you can take people’s women that is being primitive. Said Otile.
He went on to tell his fellow celebrities to be humble everyone is deserving of love. “know who you are know your worth be professional have standards but still have respect .if you don’t want to do something just say No in a polite way .you don’t demand for respect you earn it .if you are good trust me people will know it and they will love and respect you even if they will never tell or show you.”
He also went on to say that people work and tend to forget the people who held them down when they were starting off. For him to remind himself of his humble beginnings he drives to where it all started where he tarmacked looking for a job sometime back. He called on his fellow celebrities to eat the humble pie and take their work seriously and love their friends and fans even more.”
