BY PRUDENCE WANZA – Suna East Member of Parliament Hon. Junet Mohammed and his counterparts; Aisha Jumwa of Malindi, Busia Women rep Florence Mutua and Kitutu Masaba’s Timothy Bosire have been acquitted of incitement to violence and hate speech charges by Chief Magistrate Martha Mutuku.
Mutuku has ruled that the charge sheet was defective and charging with that same charge sheet would prejudice to the law.
Addressing the media, Hon. Timothy Bwire has called on those castigating them to support President Uhuru Kenyatta’s war on corruption.
