Two people were last evening killed when a vehicle they were riding in plunged into a ditch at Lusaka Roundabout, Nairobi.
The ditch had been dug by workers working on the Nairobi Expressway that is under construction.
The driver and one of his passengers died after their van plunged into the ditch.
This was after he lost its control and there were no boulders to control the plunging.
Police say they are investigating the incident.
The bodies were moved to the mortuary while two other people who were also injured in the accident were taken to hospital.
