The rivalry between the Bianconeri and La Viola is one of the most heated in Italy. However, only about 100 Fiorentina fans have gathered at the Allianz Stadium for today’s match.Â
This is because Fiorentina ultras announced earlier this week that they would not travel to Turin.
They were asked to register on the official Juventus website in order to get tickets for the game, something they did not want to do.
Fiorentina ultras released a statement on Friday declaring they would not come to Turin and asking ordinary fans to do the same:
“It’s time to give a sign to the masters who have made this sport a business. “People own football,” they declared.
