All the 16 forest Road Sexual assault suspects have been acquitted pursuant to section 87 A of the criminal procedure code.
The Investigation officer did not produce evidence to link the 16 suspects to the crime.
The prosecution did not prefer any charges against the sixteen.
The key mastermind of the Crime, Zacharia Nyaora will be charged shortly at Milimani Law Courts.
