Four individuals have been killed in an IED strike in Sangailu, Holugho sub-county, Garissa county.
According to witnesses, the vehicle was traveling from Masalani to Holugho.
The vehicle’s driver narrowly escaped death and is currently fighting for his life in hospital.Â
