Four officers from the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) were killed in a road accident in Marsabit on Tuesday.
Six other officers were injured in the accident, according to Kussu Abduba, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Marsabit Referral Hospital.
“There was an accident involving a military vehicle today morning, four officers passed on in the process and six officers sustained injuries. Our doctors managed to treat the officers and I can comfortably say the situation has been managed,” Abduba said.
The bodies of the deceased were taken to Marsabit referral hospital mortuary.
