Gaza Conflict — Israel PM Vows To Carry More Airstrikes

As the battle with Palestinians in Gaza enters its seventh day, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has pledged to “continue to act decisively” to rocket strikes.

According to health officials, Israeli air strikes in Gaza killed at least three Palestinians early Sunday.

Palestinian militants launched rockets towards Tel Aviv, forcing residents to seek refuge in bomb shelters.

The world world has demanded that the fighting be brought to a halt.

US President Joe Biden called Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Saturday to convey his worry over the situation.

Later on Sunday, the United Nations Security Council will convene.

According to Palestinian sources, at least 148 people have died in Gaza since the conflict began on Monday, while Israel has claimed 10 deaths, including two children.

Hundreds of terrorists have been killed in Gaza, according to Israel, while Palestinian health officials say the death toll includes 41 minors.

After weeks of rising Israeli-Palestinian tension in East Jerusalem, which culminated in riots at a holy site treasured by both Muslims and Jews, the violence erupted in the last six days.

After urging Israel to evacuate from the site, Hamas – the Palestinian terrorist group that rules Gaza – began shooting rockets, prompting retaliatory air strikes.
