The Office Of The Directorate of Public Prosecution (ODPP) charged KEDSTA investment limited together with its director George Nganga Thairu.

The company is alleged to be manufacturing beer without maintaining metering and measuring standards as required by the Law.

According to the report, George Nganga Thairu being the director of the said Company was found manufacturing 42,000 liters of fermented beer on 3rd February 2021 without maintaining factory measuring standards.
