Justice Hedwig Ong’udi has ordered that Miguna Miguna obtain an Emergency Travel Document from Kenya Embassy in Berlin or Ottawa within 72 hours.
In a court ruling delivered in-camera, Air France has been directed to allow Miguna to board an airplane to Kenya.
The controversial lawyer, who was deported over his citizenship brawl, has been ordered to use his Identification documents upon landing.
The court directed that Miguna Miguna will apply and get new Kenyan passport within 7 days.
His lawyer and Westlands aspirant Nelson Havi had sworn to appeal the decision if Miguna is barred from traveling to Kenya.
Havi, Willy Mutunga, former Chief Justice, and Johnson Muthama, Chairman of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA), have all pushed the government to lift Miguna’s exile.
Mutunga and Havi had intended to accompany the lawyer back to Kenya from Canada.
