The government has unveiled the newly developed Kamukunji Amphitheatre and Recreation Grounds in Kamukunji Constituency, as part of President William Ruto’s Urban Renewal Programme.

The facility features a cultural centre, library, and modern sports amenities, including basketball, soccer, and boxing spaces, aimed at promoting youth development and community engagement.

Officials say the project is part of a broader plan to transform urban spaces, with additional developments such as riverfronts, markets, and green parks expected in the area.
