Manchester United issued a statement in regards to star striker Mason Greenwood alleged domestic violence case.
The club has been made aware of “pictures and allegations circulating on social media” surrounding the academy graduate, who is 20 years old.
The Red Devils’ spokeswoman said the team “does not condone violence of any type,” but that no further comment would be made “until the facts are determined.”
“We are aware of photographs and allegations circulating on social media,” they said in a statement.Â
The United academy graduate made his first appearance for the club in 2019 and has since made 129 appearances for the club, scoring 35 goals.
The next match for Ralf Rangnick’s side will be against Middlesbrough in the FA Cup Fourth Round on Friday evening.
