Top lawyer Donald B Kipkorir has demanded for immediate cabinet reshuffle specifically targeting Energy CS Opiyo Wandayi.

According to the respected lawyer and confidant of president Ruto, Wandayi should either be sacked or reshuffled adding his continued stay in the ministry and cabinet is unteaneable.

”Opiyo Wandayi, the Minister for Energy has without number demonstrated his complete lack of knowledge on energy matters & has shown he is a flower girl in the Ministry. As he has refused to resign & the President because of Broad-Based Marriage may not sack him, I suggest a solution,” Kipkorir said.

In an unsolisitated advice to the president via a statement posted in his X account, Kipkorir avers that Wandayi is clueless and a burden to Ruto’s government and the people of Kenya.

”Let him be swapped with Geoffrey Ruku, the Minister for Public Service. I know Ruku & I know his knowledge & understanding of things is thousand miles away from Wandayi. Let Ruku be Minister for Energy. Let Wandayi go to Public Service,” he added.
