Sabina Muasya Mwikali, a Kileleshwa house help was earlier today arraigned at Milimani courts to answer charges on child defilement.
She was charged on three counts which accuse her of compelling a young 5 years old to perform a sexual act with a 12-year boy.
She is also accused of touching the 12-year old’s genitals inappropriately using her hands. Sabina allegedly compelled the 12-year-old to penetrate into her genitals.
She is said to have committed the said crimes between the year 2020 January 1st and the 31st day of July same year.
The accused has denied all charged claiming not to be guilty over said offenses.
Senior resident magistrate Jane Kamau denied the accused bail and sent her back to remand at the Lang’ata Women’s Hospital until the 1st day of September 2021.
