Appearing before High Court judge Bahati Mwamuye through his lawyer Paul Nyamodi stated that they honoured the courts summons after it gave a habeas corpus order.
“There is nothing left pending in the motion dated December 30, 2024, for this court to make consideration having acted fully as per your orders,” said lawyer Nyamodi.
Further, Nyamodi said that having orderd the habeas corpus the court was persuaded that the petitioners were held or detained in custody.
Nyamodi added that there are no more habeas corpus orders that can be made.
