National Treasury and Planning CS nominee Njuguna Ndung’u has revealed that he is worth sh950 million.
Speaking during his vetting before National Assembly Committee on Tuesday, Ndung’u said his income varies from his salary at the African Economic Research Eco-Social, which will end on his approval.
“I’m currently earning in dollars but its translated into Sh950 million,” he said.
He said he also earns income through maturing financial investments in diverse sources.
If approved, Ndung’u will replace Ukur Yattani who is finalising his tenure as Treasure CS.
Ndung’u previously served as CBK governor between 2007 and 2015 before being succeeded by Dr. Patrick Njoroge.
