Israeli forces have killed at least 10 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, according to the Palestinian health ministry.
The Israeli military confirmed that it conducted two separate airstrikes in the northern region of the West Bank, targeting what it identified as members of armed groups.
The violence follows a significant escalation since the onset of the Gaza Strip conflict, which began after a deadly Hamas attack on southern Israel on October 7.
The local health ministry reports that the ongoing clashes have resulted in at least 600 Palestinian deaths, including armed group members, attackers, and civilians, with casualties also affecting East Jerusalem.
In response to the recent violence, Palestinian Authority spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeinah condemned the Israeli actions and alleged abuse of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails, labeling the situation as a “crossing of all red lines.”
In footage from Aqaba near Tubas, blood stains are visible on a house where local reports indicate that a 14-year-old boy was among those killed during a dawn raid by Israeli forces.
Further violence was reported in Jenin, a known flashpoint, where an Israeli airstrike targeting alleged “terrorist cells” resulted in at least five deaths.
Tensions remain high across the West Bank, with continued clashes and violence reported. In Beit Jala, a Palestinian was killed after allegedly stabbing an Israeli soldier at a major checkpoint leading to Jerusalem.
