Suna East MP Junet Mohammed has gone on to reveal that that the Tanga Tanga side has been coaching him and other opposition leaders to ditch the ODM party and join them. – By Stephanie Mwangi .
Junet who is the national assembly minority whip went on to say that the Tanga Tanga faction has been offering him government appointment posts come 2022.
“I know Kimani Ichungwa is the next finance minister come 2022 but we pray they will not win so that it will not happen.”
They have been going round even approaching people in ODM promising them we can make you prime minster ,we can make you deputy prime minister ,they are negotiating with the document they are opposing , said Junet .
He didn’t however name the specific people who approached him and neither did he say whether he will put it into consideration.
Junet has for long been a fierce critic of the side, sometimes hurling insults at those who hated Raila Odinga.
His recent altercation was when he attacked Kiambu nominated senator Isaac Mwaura on the basis of his albinism condition. He later publicly apologised to people with albinism.
