A Junior Secondary School teacher was charged at Kajiado Law Courts with sodomizing his 16-year-old nephew.
The accused; 30-year-old George Sane, was presented before Principal Magistrate Edgar Kagoni on Wednesday.
According to the charge sheet, he was charged with sodomizing the student on several days between April 2023 and December 2022, when the boy had circumcision and left in his care.
He pled not guilty and was freed on Ksh.400,000 bond.
In 2019, the accused was charged with homosexuality with two other men.
The three are reported to have connected on Facebook before meeting in Kajiado, where they agreed that the teacher would pay each of the two men Ksh.10,000 for the sexual act.
The teacher, on the other hand, refused to pay the agreed-upon sum and insisted on paying half the price, forcing the two young men to report the incident to Kajiado Police Station.
They were all arrested and charged with homosexuality. The case is currently being active in court.
