Kalonzo Acknowledges Ruto Win

According to the Wiper Boss, Ruto made a lot of promises to Kenyans and that a strong opposition is needed to force the government to deliver on those pledges.

Wiper Democratic Movement Leader has publicly congratulated President-Elect William Ruto, who is set to take the oath of office on Tuesday.

The Wiper Leader claims that, while it is painful, five years is a short length of time and that, for the sake of the country and stability, they are willing to take up the opposition role with zeal to ensure that the government of the day delivers.

Kalonzo says he respects the President-Elect and warns people spreading rumors that he is joining Kenya Kwanza to desist, adding that he is prepared to lead the opposition since the current government must be held accountable.

According to the Wiper Boss, Ruto made a lot of promises to Kenyans and that a strong opposition is needed to force the government to deliver on those pledges.

He goes on to say that while he did not agree with the Supreme Court’s decision on their petition, they are obliged by it as law-abiding citizens.

He ridiculed those who hoped he would join the Kenya Kwanza, saying that if it happened, it would have happened in the open, with the Wiper Movement and the Azimio-OKA ratifying it and announcing it to the public.
