Student Arrested For Fake KCSE, KCPE Exam Leaks

A university student is in trouble for distributing false information on the 2022 Kenya National Exams for KCPE, KCSE, and grade six exams.

Peter Kamanja Njambi Alia Professor David or James was charged with willfully disseminating material via electronic media (Telegram) while using the identity of Professor David.

According to the charge sheet, the accused committed the offence on various times between November 1, 2022, and November 19, 2022.

Njambi was allegedly found in possession of an East African Community passport registered in the name of David Kimani Thuo in Kabasis Town, Nakuru County.

He was also caught in possession of a National Identity Card (ID) belonging to Jescah Nyoseba Nyangoya in the same area.

The culprit was caught on November 9, 2022, as part of a joint operation by the National Examination Council (KNEC) and the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (CID).

He was released on a bond of Ksh million with an alternative cash bail of Ksh 500,000.
