Motorists plying the Southern Bypass route are advised to approach the section with caution due to planned surface dressing works along the Kikuyiu-bound carriageway.
According to a statement by the Kenya National Highway Authority (KeNHA), the disruption will commence on Tuesday, February 21.
“Disruptions will be experienced on the bypass starting February 21 due to planned surface dressing works along the Kikuyiu-bound carriageway,” the statement read in part.
Consequently, the Authority deployed traffic marshals who will guide motorists plying the route during the road maintenance exercise and apologised for any inconveniences caused.
“Motorists are, therefore, advised to approach the section with caution, follow the traffic flow signs and guidance through the roadworks in the area,” the advisory read in part.
