The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) North Rift Region has donated state-of-the-art laboratory equipment to the Civil Engineering Department at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).
The cutting-edge equipment is set to enhance materials engineering training at the university, one of Kenya’s premier institutions in technology, engineering, and applied sciences.
“This partnership reflects our commitment to nurturing future engineers with the practical skills needed for real-world infrastructure development,” said a KeNHA official.
The initiative is part of KeNHA’s broader mission to foster innovation, support sustainable infrastructure, and empower the next generation of civil engineers through capacity-building and stakeholder collaboration.
