KeNHA has hoisted a new footbridge across Thika Super Highway at Kenya School of Monetary Studies. The bridge will aid pedestrians crossing headed to Mathare North and the Kenya College of Accountancy. Director-General Peter Mundinia said the bridge was erected early this morning.

“We want to ensure the safety and comfort of pedestrians at all our facilities”, Mundinia said. The bridges are part of the infrastructure layout for the Rapid Bus Transport System(BRT). The express buses, part of the Nairobi Metropolitan Transport improvement Authority(NaMMATA). Mundinia said KeNHA has enhanced road maintenance countrywide to ensure seamless connections.
