On Sunday, a part of Lang’ata and Mombasa Road will be closed for eight hours to allow for footbridge works.
KeNHA’s Director-General Engineer Kung’u Ndung’u declared in a statement that both highways will be closed from 5 a.m. on November 14 to 12 p.m.
"Nyayo Stadium Roundabout will experience traffic disruptions. This follows the planned closure of the road to pave way for the erection of the Nyayo footbridge. The road will be closed on Sunday, November 14, 2021, from 5:00 am to 12.00 noon."
Motorists traveling the Lang’ata route will be redirected right after Madaraka Roundabout to Aerodome Road into Bunyala Roundabout while Kenha conducts works.
