Over the weekend, the Kenya Army Corps of Transport (KACT) paid a visit to the El Shaddai children’s home in Githurai 45.
A 50′ smart TV, 50Kg gas, assorted food items, assorted books/pens, various games kits, sanitary supplies, and the repair of a damaged fridge were all donated to the children’s home.
The money will be used to support the Children, according to Commandant KACT Lieutenant Colonel Joseph Yator.
He expressed gratitude to the Children’s Home’s founder for providing them with a safe haven and educational opportunities that will help them determine their future.
Bishop John Ndwiga Muvitie the founder of El Shadai Children’s home thanked the military leadership for their wonderful gesture by giving back to the community.
