Kenya Copyright Board has destroyed tons of copyright-infringing materials seized by copyright inspectors and whose cases have been finalized in the courts of law.
According to the Board, the courts ordered the destruction of these materials so that they do not get back to the market.
The materials, which included books, Satellite dish receivers, television sets, cables, CDs, DVD players and other contrivances used for copyright infringement were destroyed in an environmental friendly manner at December Waste Services.
