On the other hand, Prof George Wajackoyah, the presidential candidate of the Roots Party, received only 51 votes at his Indangalasia Primary School polling station in Kakamega County’s Matungu Constituency.

According to the results of form 34A posted by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), Azimio la Umoja Presidential candidate Raila Odinga received 799 votes to Deputy President William Ruto’s 109 votes.
Prof Wajackoyah did not vote on Tuesday morning because the elections technology kits at his polling station did not work.
However, he returned later in the afternoon and was able to vote after being identified through the manual register.
