Dr. Alfred Mutua, the CS for Foreign Affairs, had a meeting with H.E. Mika Lintila, the Minister of Economic Affairs of Finland.
Discussions focused on strengthening and expanding Kenyan-Finnish business ties.
The CS mentioned Finland’s economic engagements in Kenya and said that Kenya was open to additional investments from Finland.
He urged increased business partnerships in the fields of ICT, technology collaboration, ecology, circular economy, and renewable energy.
Dr. Alfred Mutua’s invites for expanded trade between the two nations were warmly welcomed by Minister Mika Lintila, who noted that this would strengthen and contribute to the close ties already existing between Finland and Kenya.
