Kenya Prisons women Qualify For Africa Volleyball championships 2021

Kenya has produced two volleyball clubs; Kenya Pipeline and Kenya Prisons for the 2021 women’s Africa championships. The competition started on 16th April and it ends on 28th April of 2021 and its held in Tunisia.

After five days of exciting group stage action at the 2021 Women’s Club African Championship, four teams have made it to the semi-finals.

From Pool A are Tunisian champions CS Sfaxien and Prisons from Kenya while from Pool B we have 2017 champions Carthage of Tunisia and Customs

Kelibia, Tunisia, April 26, 2021-Carthage of Tunisia Monday maintained their perfect record at Women’s Club African Championship with a 3-0 win over Kenya Pipeline.

Their latest win saw them emerge top of Pool B unbeaten on 15 points and without dropping a point.

Customs of Nigeria sealed second spot in Pool B to qualify for the semi-finals for the first time in history after beating AS Douanes of Burkina Faso 3-0.

The Nigerians have 11 points while Pipeline settled third with 10 points missing the semi finals.

Tunisian champions CS Sfaxien overcame home team KO Kelibia 3-0 in the Tunisan derby to finish top of Pool A with 11 points.
Prisons of Kenya came second with 10 points after defeating Wolaita Sodo University of Ethiopia 3-0.


In the first match of the day, ASEC Mimosas clinched their maiden win of the competition after dismissing National Alcohol of Ethiopia 3-0. The alcohol seemed weaker at all ends.
