Kenyatta University VC Professor George Wainaina has claimed a hit squad close to the former Uhuru Kenyatta regime wanted him dead.
Wainaina, who fought a nasty battle with former President Kenyatta over the annexation of 400 acres of land belonging to the University reported back today.
He accused top officials of the former Government of salivating for the land…and said he was lucky to be alive.
President Kenyatta threatened to sack the VC over the stand off. But the Don has won the battle against the former President.
The President had reportedly said he will retire with Wainaina on August 8th. But Wainaina has triumphed.
