Kim Kardashian’s wealth continues to soar, and sources say her ex-husband Kanye West is struggling to cope with the gap.
According to RadarOnline, the reality mogul, 44, has an estimated net worth of $1.7 billion. By contrast, West, who faced massive financial fallout after his anti-Semitic controversies and subsequent business fallouts, has seen his fortune shrink dramatically.
“Kanye can’t keep pace with Kim financially, and it drives him crazy,” a source told the outlet. “It’s a blow to his pride, and a tug to his neck in legal bills.”
The insider added that even the former couple’s eldest daughter, North, has begun noticing the disparity. “North admires her dad, but she thinks her mom is better and richer,” the source claimed, calling it “the painful reason Kanye has grown so bitter and jealous.”
West, now married to Australian architect Bianca Censori, is reportedly eager to expand his family. But insiders suggest the couple isn’t aligned on timing.
“Kanye is especially keen to start a family, as he has a limited relationship with the kids he has with Kim,” the source explained.
Censori, however, has been hesitant. “Bianca wants to keep having a baby at bay, saying it will happen in time but not now because she’s focusing on her career,” the source said.
“She wants the timing to be right when they’re more settled, but Kanye’s pushing hard. He won’t take no for an answer.”
Kardashian and West finalized their divorce in 2022 after eight years of marriage. They share four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
