A trailer turnboy died on the spot following a road accident at Kisian on the Kisumu-Busia road.
The trailer driver was seriously injured and was taken to a neighboring hospital, where he was admitted.
According to Nyanza Regional Traffic Boss Joseph Nganga, the trailer transporting sorghum lost control and drove off the road.
According to Nganga, the trailer, which was being driven from Busia to Kisumu, landed in a ditch as a result of the tragedy.
