Kitui CECM for Education, ICT and Youth Development Mr Stephen Kyalo Maithya(Watutu), pose for a photo with Vocational Training Centre (VTC) Managers, after holding a meeting at Agricultural Training Centre (ATC) in Kitui town.
In that meeting a number of issues was discussed, which include planning on how to ensure a prudent utilization of resources and ways of popularizing those training centres within the community, to enhance the enrollment and populate the training fields towards Youth Development and Wealth Creation, which is inline with Governor Ngilu’s 3rd and 5th Agenda in her Manifesto.
