David Mwalika Mboni has defended his Kitui Rural legislative seat during the delayed elections.
Hon. Mwalika won by 19,775 votes against UDA party’s Charles Nyamai.
Speaking after recieving his certificate, Hon. Mwalika extended a hand to his oppoments to work together.
The elections were postponed after a mixup with the printing of the constituency’s ballot papers.
