Koskei, County Leaders Enhance Meteitei Boys’ Development After Historic KCSE Success

Meteitei Boys High School held a grand Thanksgiving ceremony to celebrate the Class of 2024, which posted the best KCSE results since the school’s founding in 1981.

Head of Public Service Felix Koskei, an alumnus, presided over the event, praising students, teachers, and parents for their dedication. He emphasized the importance of sustained support to maintain the school’s upward trajectory.

The ceremony also featured the commissioning of key projects, including a water system funded by the county government, a new school bus, and a playing field acquired through contributions from parents and the NG-CDF.



Several dignitaries graced the occasion, among them Governor Stephen Sang, MP Julius Melly, and Principal Secretaries Dr. Belio Kipsang (Basic Education) and Dr. Paul Rono (Agriculture). Others included Mr. Farouk Kibet and Dr. Kipkurui Chepkwony, CEO of IGRTC.

The event marked a significant milestone for the school, reinforcing its commitment to academic and infrastructural excellence.
