Kweli Mambo Ni Matatu! Mama Rachel’s Message To President Ruto On His Birthday

    First Lady Rachel Ruto has penned a heartfelt message to her husband President William Ruto as he turns 57 years today.

    Taking to social media, Rachel Ruto reflected on their relationship as she fondly referred to him as ‘Bill’.

    “Happy Birthday, Bill, my cherished friend and confidant. On this momentous day, as we celebrate your birthday and our wedding anniversary, I am filled with gratitude,” she wrote.

    Reflecting on the journey they have shared, Mama Rachel said she is  reminded of a verse from the Bible;

    “There are three things that will endure – faith, hope, and love – and the greatest of these is love.”

    “1 Corinthians 13:13 Kwa kweli mambo ni matatu Your love and support have been a true blessing. Thank you for being a constant source of joy and strength,” the First Lady said.

    The President and the First Lady got married in 1991 at the Africa Inland Church.

    The Head of State was born on December 21, 1966 in Sambut village, Uasin Gishu County to Daniel Cheruiyot and Sarah Cheruiyot.
