An illegal LPG station in Nairobi’s Kware neighborhood, Embakasi South Sub-County, was raided yesterday by Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) personnel.
An LPG tanker was detained as evidence after a thorough inspection of the site revealed that it had been operating without a permit.
The facility was dangerous for the general public because it was near a residential area.
Activities at the location have been immediately suspended, and the owner is being hunted for to be arrested and charged.
