The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) has moved to secure the legal rights of a wanted fugitive, Caroline Kangogo.
LSK Picked top lawyer Dr. John Khaminwa to represent the legal interests of a wanted killer cop, who is suspected to be behind the murders of two men in Nairobi and Nakuru counties.
Dr. Khaminwa announced that he was moving to court to seek orders barring the state from arresting Kangogo in case she surrenders.
Dr. Khaminwa added that Kangogo is encouraged to surrender her firearm at any of Khaminwa Advocates branches in Mombasa, Kisumu, or Malindi towns.
The suspect has turned into a media sensation, triggering a mistaken identity shooting of one Bungoma resident who was suspected to be Kangogo.
