Lyon will travel to defending champions Nantes in the semifinals of the French Cup next month while Ligue 2 side Annecy, who knocked out Marseille on Wednesday, host Toulouse.
Marseille dumped out bitter rivals Paris Saint-Germain in the last 16 but were stunned by Annecy on penalties after a 2-2 draw at the Velodrome.
Annecy, who were a regional league club a decade ago, are through to the last four of the competition for the first time.
Toulouse outclassed second-division Rodez 6-1 in the quarterfinals, while Lyon are hoping to win their first silverware since last lifting the French Cup in 2012.
Nantes remained on course to retain the trophy after beating Lens 2-1 with Andy Delort scoring two penalties.
The semifinal ties will be held April 5-6 with the final played on 29 April at the Stade de France.
