Kavindu says her rivals have begun implementing cowardice tactics to derail her impending victory.
“I have enough experience and am qualified to represent the people of Machakos if elected,” she said.
Machakos Governor, Dr Alfred Mutua who led the accusation that Kavindu was a class 7 drop out had told Machakos residents that she was not suitable to become their senator.
Kavindu who spoke during her campaigns in Mavoko Athi River township ward said Mutua sentiments regarding her qualifications should be ignored.
She has previously served under the TANATHI and is part of the BBI taskforce. The two jobs she said, would not have been given to her if she was not qualified.
