A father in Machakos County was arraigned in Court for allegedly defiling his two daughters aged 8 and 15 years.
Nicholas Mwanzia, 56, of Ituusya village in Kangundo, Machakos County was charged today in Kangundo court for allegedly defiling his two daughters, aged eight and fifteen years.
Mwanzia is accused of defiling his 8-year-old on various days in February and March 2023.
He is also accused of defiling his 15-year-old daughter over the same time period.
Mwanzia pleaded not guilty to the allegations before Senior Magistrate Martha Opanga and was freed on a Ksh. 400,000 bond.
The case will be mentioned on March 22, 2023.
