The County Assembly of Makueni has today, Tuesday, November 1, 2022, approved all nominees to the County Executive Committee and the County Attorney presented in the house for vetting by Governor Mutula Kilonzo Jnr.
This paves way for the swearing-in of the executives at an event to be held at the Makueni County headquarters.
Those given the nod to serve the people of Makueni as County Executive Committee members include Peter Mumo Nyamai for Trade, Marketing, Industry, Culture, and Tourism, Eng. Sebastian Kyoni for Infrastructure, Transport, Public Works, and Energy, Eng. John Kasyoki for Water and Sanitation, Japheth Musyoka Mang’oka for Devolution, Public Service, Public Participation, and Special Programmes, and Damaris Mumo Kavoi – Finance, Planning, Budget, and Revenue.
Others are Dr. Sonia Nzilani Musyoka for Lands Urban Planning & Development, Environment & Climate Change, Elizabeth Ndunge Muli for ICT Education and Internship, Nicholas Masila Nzioka for Gender, Children, Youth, Sports, and Social Service, Dr. Paul Musila for Health Services and Joyce Mutua for Agriculture, Irrigation, Livestock, Fisheries, and Cooperative Development.
Stanley Mutinda Nthiwa was also approved as the County Attorney.
