Karanja Ng’ang’a Mugo suspected to have stolen Infinix smart phone was arraigned in Kibera law courts and charged with theft. The Infinix smart phone is valued at Sh15, 000.
It was said that on April 2, the accused purloined from one Maryanne in Dagoreti. He was before principal magistrate Derrick Kuto.
He however pleaded not guilty and was released on Sh50, 000 bond with an alternative cash bail of Sh30, 000.
Mr. Ng’ang’a’s case will commence of May 26, 2020.
